Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, your browser sends technical data that every website receives: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. Cloudflare uses this data to deliver the site and to protect it against attacks.
Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is a site that works and is secure. Cloudflare processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection for data transferred to the United States.
Visitor statistics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, from the same provider. A small script records, in aggregate, which pages were viewed, the referring site, the country, the type of browser and device, and how fast the page loaded. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other websites. We see totals only, never individual visitors.
Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is knowing which pages are read, so we can improve them.
When you answer the diagnostic questions
The button “Start with a diagnostic” opens five short questions and asks for your name, work e-mail and company. We use your answers only to reply to you and to prepare a first conversation. Nothing is stored on this site or on your device. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR, steps you ask for before a possible engagement.
Your answers reach us by e-mail, sent from your own e-mail program. We keep them like any other business e-mail, as described below.
When you write to us
If you send an e-mail, we process your address, your name if you give it, and your message, in order to answer you. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your message concerns a possible engagement, otherwise Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering. Our e-mail runs on Google Workspace, a service of Google Cloud EMEA Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland, which processes it on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Google may also process data in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We delete your messages when they are no longer needed, unless German commercial or tax law requires us to keep business correspondence for longer.
Fonts
The typefaces on this site are stored on this site. Your browser does not contact Google or any other font service.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- know which data about you we hold (Article 15 GDPR)
- have wrong data corrected (Article 16)
- have your data deleted (Article 17)
- have its processing restricted (Article 18)
- receive your data in a portable format (Article 20)
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Article 21)
Write to inquiries@forthwithai.com to use any of these rights. You may also complain to a data protection authority. The authority for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
We do not sell data, do not pass it on for advertising, and make no automated decisions about you.
